{"id":5281,"date":"2024-01-18T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2024-01-17T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/girexx.cat.mialias.net\/2024\/01\/18\/implantacion-embrionaria\/"},"modified":"2026-03-14T12:29:56","modified_gmt":"2026-03-14T10:29:56","slug":"implantacion-embrionaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/girexx.cat\/es\/2024\/01\/18\/implantacion-embrionaria\/","title":{"rendered":"IMPLANTACI\u00d3N EMBRIONARIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<?xml encoding=\"UTF-8\"><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La implantaci&oacute;n es el proceso en el cual el embri&oacute;n transferido al &uacute;tero se adhiere a la superficie interna del endometrio (epitelio) y se conecta con la circulaci&oacute;n materna para formar la placenta.<br><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La implantaci&oacute;n embrionaria es uno de los momentos m&aacute;s importantes del proceso de FIV e incluye las siguientes etapas:<br><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"739\" height=\"412\" src=\"https:\/\/girexx.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/implantacio-embrionaria.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3240\" srcset=\"https:\/\/girexx.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/implantacio-embrionaria.png 739w, https:\/\/girexx.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/implantacio-embrionaria-480x268.png 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 739px, 100vw\"><\/figure><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Eclosi&oacute;n<\/strong><br>El embri&oacute;n se desprende de la zona pel&uacute;cida (eclosiona), dejando solo el trofectodermo (las c&eacute;lulas azules de la imagen) y la masa celular interna (la masa azul de la foto). En este momento el embri&oacute;n est&aacute; listo para la implantaci&oacute;n. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>2. Aposici&oacute;n<\/strong><br>A continuaci&oacute;n, el embri&oacute;n se coloca en la superficie interna del endometrio (epitelio), con el polo embrionario (donde se encuentra la masa celular interna) dirigido hacia el endometrio.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>3. Adhesi&oacute;n<\/strong><br>Posteriormente, el trofectodermo y el epitelio endometrial se unen por mol&eacute;culas de adhesi&oacute;n y pinopodios, que son extensiones del endometrio que atraen al blastocisto.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>4. Invasi&oacute;n<\/strong><br>Por &uacute;ltimo, se produce la invasi&oacute;n, tras la cual las c&eacute;lulas del embri&oacute;n se integran en el estroma endometrial.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br><strong>Ventana de implantaci&oacute;n<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-61xo519168\">Es el periodo de tiempo durante el cual el endometrio es receptivo. Esto quiere decir que presenta las condiciones &oacute;ptimas para que tenga lugar la implantaci&oacute;n. En un ciclo menstrual normal (28 d&iacute;as) esta ventana de implantaci&oacute;n se encuentra entre los d&iacute;as 16 y 22 del ciclo. Debe tenerse en cuenta que este periodo puede variar en funci&oacute;n de cada ciclo y de cada mujer. En estos casos hablamos de ventana de implantaci&oacute;n desplazada.    <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-8x8p83549\">Desgraciadamente, no todos los intentos de transferencia de embriones dan lugar a embarazo.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-rql1u30464\"><strong>Los factores que pueden influir durante el proceso de implantaci&oacute;n son:<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-j4rbm3553\"><strong>Factores endometriales<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-45a4335852\">La receptividad del endometrio es esencial para la implantaci&oacute;n de embriones. De ah&iacute; que ciertas anomal&iacute;as uterinas o alteraciones de la microbiota puedan comprometer esta fase. Las pruebas adicionales como ERA, ALICE o EMMA pueden ayudar a resolver determinados problemas relacionados con el endometrio.  <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-24nhl3557\"><strong>Factores relacionados con el embri&oacute;n<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"viewer-e2s2417576\">La calidad del embri&oacute;n influye en el &eacute;xito de la implantaci&oacute;n. Los embriones euploides (con cantidad de cromosomas normales) tienen una baja tasa de fracaso de implantaci&oacute;n. En Girexx creemos que transferir los embriones el d&iacute;a 5, en la etapa de blastocisto, aumenta considerablemente las posibilidades de embarazo.
